What you need to know about the AADAP/FHS/WFDW

Agenda

The meeting will run from June 23-27, 2025. Check out the schedule, which has a link to each of the abstract presentations. We have a jam packed agenda for talks and posters and we hope you will enjoy the range of presentations.

Registration for the AADAP/FHS/WFDW includes a banquet ticket for dinner on Wednesday night (June 25th). Vegetarian options will be available for the included meals, but if you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know ahead of the event such that we can arrange this with the hotel (please email us at Sascha.Hallett@oregonstate.edu with your requests).

If you would like to invite a guest to the banquet, tickets will be $50.

Continuing Education sessions will take place on June 27th 2025.

General Sessions will take place on June 24th through June 26th, with June 24 focusing on Aquatic Drug Approvals.

Accommodations

Rooms at the Best Western Plus GranTree Inn are being offered to participants at the AADAP/FHS/WFDW at a standard rate of $293/night. Please call the hotel directly (406-587-5261) or use the following link (GranTree Inn) by May 20, 2025, to book your room at the above-stated rate and indicate that you are with the Joint AADAP, WFDW and Annual FHS Meeting or group # 4504.

They are offering the government rate of $310/night for up to (30) suites June 23rd-27th. Attendees can easily reserve online in the group block. Attendees may also call the hotel directly at 406-587-8180 and reference “Joint Aquatic” to reserve. Last day to reserve is Tuesday, June 4^th.
