The Northern Ontario Women’s Health Conference happening on Friday, October 22, starting at 8:45 a.m. EDT.

Please read the WebEx information below to learn how to log into the site, as well as where the WebEx meeting link will be share the morning of the conference.

WebEx Access:

1) Make your way to the Northern Ontario Women’s Health Conference website – WebEx link will be found on the Conference Resources tab which is only visible to registered attendees (log-in required)

2) To log-in, you must create a password. To create a password, please view one of the following methods: Desktop password creation or mobile device password creation

2) In order to ensure you can access WebEx, please test your system using the WebEx test link.

3) If you are required to download the WebEx App, please follow the WebEx download link.

Evening Social

If you are registered to attend the evening social, please be reminded that all those attending are required to provide proof of vaccination prior to entering the facility.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event that a participant needs to withdraw from the program after registering, a cancellation administration fee will be applied. Cancellation within five days of the conference receives zero refund; Cancellation six days or more before the conference receives a refund of 75% of the paid fee.
