For submission of your title and abstract, please use the template provided by email and send it back to us (Heide or Geneviève). If you did not get the template, please contact us.

For both posters and talks, all the speakers must attend the conference in person.

Posters

There will be one poster session (Oct. 2).

We have spots available for contributed talks which will be selected from the abstracts on September 19. If you want to be considered for those talks, you must submit before Sept. 19. Please let us know by email when submitting your abstract if you want to be considered for a contributed talk.

Talks

We plan that tutorial talks should last 50 minutes, invited talks should last 25 minutes and contributed talks should last 15 minutes. This includes the questions and answers period.
