1. Which browsers are supported?

Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari (iPad/iPhone), and Opera

2. Who needs to register?

Everyone including the presenters need to register to QUEST (to view the posters and participate in the oral presentation and poster sessions on April 21, 2022). Presenters should use their YSU email address for the registration and the abstract submission

3. Why did I not receive a confirmation email after registration?

This is unusual but it can happen. There might be a typo in the email address or your mail server is blocking emails from Fourwaves. Have you checked your junk mail box? If the email is not in your junk mail box, contact quest@ysu.edu

4. How do I attend QUEST as a guest or student (not presenting)?

Register as a guest or student (not presenting). You will receive an email from Fourwaves to create a password. Visit https://event.fourwaves.com/ysu-quest22/schedule, select and click the session you would like to attend. You will be asked to log in. Additional instructions, click here.

5. I am not able to contact the presenter, my email opens but the email address doesn't show.

Change settings in Control Panel > Programs > Default Programs > Associate file type or protocol with a program > Scroll down to: choose default app by protocol > Scroll down to: MAIL TO > select an app > select outlook from list
