2022 Maurice McGregor Cardiovascular Research Day


The annual Maurice McGregor Cardiovascular Research Day brings together surgeons, clinicians, researchers, fellows and trainees from our network of hospitals and research institutes, namely McGill University, the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre, the Jewish General Hospital and the Lady Davis Institute.

Learning Objectives
To outline the cardiovascular research performed at McGill
To develop research activities for students, residents, and faculty within the Faculty of Medicine
To discuss updates on new findings, new technologies and new approaches to the detection and management of patients with cardiovascular disease

Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their exceptional science in cardiovascular disease research performed at McGill University.


This program meets the accreditation criteria as defined by the Maintenance of Certification program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and has been accredited by the Office for Continuing Professional Development, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, McGill University for up to 4.5 Section 1 (Accredited Group Learning Activity) credits/hours.

Through an agreement between the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert Royal College MOC credits to AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
