Here is the procedure to make your reservation at the Esttrimont: Group: Symposium on Dose Monitoring in Ionizing Medical Imaging Event Date: September 23 to 25, 2024 Rate: $195.00 + taxes, per night, per room
Option 1 - Book online: Use the following link: http://reserve.hotello.com/estrimont-groupe/ and follow the steps below:
1) Enter the following group code in the indicated place and then Validate: PHY230924
2) The name of your group will be displayed, click Next: Select dates
3) Enter your information about the stay and click Next: select the room type
4) Choose from the types of rooms offered, you can see the room by clicking on the photo. To choose your type, choose the quantity in the Availability column
5) Click Next: Occupant Information and fill in your personal information (fields with an asterisk are required). The password will allow you to find your profile for a future booking.
6) Click Next: Billing and enter your credit card information
7) Click Next: Term and Terms. A summary of your reservation will be displayed. If this is correct, check the box next to I have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
8) Then click Confirm. A confirmation will be sent to you by email.
9) Please note that a $150 deposit will be taken on your credit card to guarantee the reservation. The cancellation policies mentioned in the confirmation will apply.
