Registration desk will be open. All presenters will receive their lunch coupons at registration. Oral Presenters: Please load your slides onto the main auditorium computer. Please arrive with your presentation on a USB key if you did not send to the organizing committee in advance. Poster Presenters: Poster boards are in the atrium. Pushpins will be provided. Morning poster presenters: place your posters during registration. Afternoon poster presenters: place your posters over lunch.

Each presenter has 8 minutes for their oral presentation + 2 minutes Q&A. Extra time is allotted for loading of each presentation.

Poster group presentations. Each poster group will go through all the posters in their group. During the poster session, each presenter will have 8 minutes to present their poster followed by a 2 minute Q&A period. You are encouraged to review the abstracts in your poster group and prepare questions in advance. A moderator will be assigned to your poster group to help keep time and moderate the discussion.
