Getting There and Parking:

• Please arrive before 7:30 as there is a parade starting then.
• Enter the Hilton Hawaiian Village parking garage (do not valet).
• Take any space you find. If you cannot find a space, park in one that has "Valet Only" painted on it (we have permission for the day).
• Find the elevator and take it to the 6th floor to the Coral Ballrooms and you have arrived!!

Check-In

• Located at the check-in desk.
• Please provide your last name.
• Parking will be validated and instructions will be given at the parking desk.

Being Solution-Oriented

• We will be talking about solutions all day, and you will be voting on the most urgent of 37 solutions to the health workforce shortage before the conference is over.
• When you arrive, you will receive a conference bag that holds a double-sided handout with a conference map on one side and a list of solutions on the other side.
• You can EITHER vote on the paper version of the list of solutions and turn it in with your evaluation, or you can use the QR code (see Home Page) and vote online. If you are an online participant, please use the survey on the QR code to vote.

Exhibitors and Raffle Prizes

• Raffle prizes are for in-person participants only, sorry!
• Participants will find one (1) raffle ticket in their conference bag
• Fill up your exhibitor stamp card and put it in the raffle box on the AHEC table
• Drawings will be at 3:20pm and 5:00pm

Continuing Education

• Located on "On the How Did We Do?" page there is a link for the evaluation survey and a link for each type of CE.
• Attendees physically at the venue have the option to complete the green paper evaluation (whichever is your preference)
• HOWEVER, CONTINUING NURSING CREDIT must be completed through the online evaluation.
