Led by service-learning student leaders This Community Walk will feature historical information about one of the neighborhoods Northeastern resides in, Roxbury. It highlights existing assets and community partners that are situated within the community and tells stories of community organizers, artists, and leaders. This session was a rich opportunity to review, reflect, and respond to ethical principles of community-engaged teaching and research that are a perpetual work in progress. During this interactive session will explored and co-created (the makings of) an accountability toolkit for what these ethical principles look like in practice.
