The COVID-19 situation continues to evolve in Quebec. If in October 2022 the situation does not permit us to hold the conference in person, conference registrants will be given the option to attend the conference online (with reimbursement of the difference in cost) or cancel their participation entirely.

Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation of your registration, the following costs will be retained:
For those who will be at the conference in person, refunds, less an administrative fee of $50, will be issued for all cancellations received at least two weeks prior to the start of the event (October 7). Refund requests must be made in our secure online system or by email. No reimbursements will be made for “no shows.”

In person registration fees include health breaks, lunch and program booklet.
Virtual registration fees will include the program booklet online. The virtual link will be emailed to registrants on the afternoon of Thursday, October 20th. The link will be accessible for 2 weeks.
