There are two ePoster sessions on Nov. 16.

  • ePoster Presentation Session 1 (VA): 10:00 am EST/7:00 am PST - 11:00 am EST/8:00 am PST
  • ePoster Presentation Session 2 (VB): 11:00 am EST/8:00 am PST - 12:00 pm EST/9:00 am PST

Students will be present at their posters during this time to give their presentation live and answer your questions.

Time Commitment for Judging

You will be assigned approximately 3 posters to judge per ePoster session. Please review the ePoster and abstract prior to your assigned session(s). Judging will likely take the entirety of the ePoster session. Thus, between reading and reviewing the abstracts and posters prior to the start of the conference plus time for judging, you can expect judging virtual presentations to take approximately an hour and a half per session.

Accessing the Posters

When you registered for the conference, you should have indicated that you would like to receive access to the student virtual presentations. All those who answered yes were sent an email with access to the FourWaves ePoster site. If you did not select "yes" to the question in registration, please contact abrcms@asmusa.org. To log in to the FourWaves site, you must use the same email that you registered with. You will then go to the "ePoster Presentation" tab to see all the ePosters. You can also go the "Schedule" tab and see all those who are presenting during a particular session.

Please be sure to log in prior to your judging session to ensure you can properly access everything.

For more information on what the set up will look like during the ePoster session, please view this article.

Judging Ballots

Student presentations will be evaluated using ballots hosted on the RocketJudge platform. For each presentation that you have been assigned, you will provide scores through RocketJudge. A link to your ballots will be sent to your registration email by Nov. 14. The ballots will automatically close at 1:00 pm EST on Nov. 16 and the ballots will be considered “submitted”.

Please note, all comments and feedback should be given to the student presenter during your conversation with them and NOT through the RocketJudge system. Students will not receive the comments or numerical scores.

Technical Support Room

Technical support is available on Saturday, Nov. 16 from 9:30 am MST-12:00 pm EST in a live Zoom Room.
