How to register
All conference registrations are processed through the Congress of the Humanities and Social Sciences. The registration portal will open in early January at https://www.federationhss.ca/en/congress/register

The early registration deadline is March 31, 2024.
Conference Fees
Regular attendee early bird rate: $610
You are employed full-time, and you are attending or presenting, and you do not self-identify in the Reduced or Special Reduced Fee definitions. Fee includes:
· $210 Congress fee
· $75 ANSER-ARES membership
· $325 Association conference fee
Reduced attendee early bird rate: $395
You are attending or presenting, and you are underemployed (you are employed part-time, seasonal or temporary), or you are a postdoctoral researcher. Fee includes:
· $160 Congress fee
· $35 ANSER-ARES membership
· $200 Association conference fee
Special reduced attendee early bird rate: $315
You are attending or presenting, and you are a: student (you are enrolled full-time as an undergraduate, graduate, or diploma academic program and hold a student ID card/number and are not employed full-time by the same institution), or a K-12 school educator (you are employed full or part-time), or you are retired (you are over the age of 55, retired from employment, and no longer engaged in regular research, academic and/or other scientific activities), or you are unemployed (you are under the age of 55, currently unemployed). Fee includes:
· $80 Congress fee
· $35 ANSER-ARES membership
· $200 Association conference fee
Black or Indigenous student rate
You are a student who self-identifies as Black or Indigenous and is attending or presenting. Email christopherdougherty@cmail.carleton.ca to access this rate.
