ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Presentations will be 15 minutes maximum with an additional 2-3-minute question period. We encourage slightly shorter talks to have more time for questions.
Two concurrent presentation sessions will run.
Judged by the faculty of the Science Atlantic Environment Committee.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

An interactive poster session will occur during the conference. Attendees and judges will view the posters and ask questions. Be prepared to orally present your poster to the judges for 5-10 min max.
Participants are expected to bring a hard copy of their poster.
Poster orientation is PORTRAIT size: 36" width x 48" length to fit poster holders (35" width is better). NOTE: If your poster width is outside these dimensions cannot be displayed.

Judging Rubric

This rubric will be used by all judges for both posters and oral presentations.
