Many of you asked for more details on aspects of the event, here are answers to the most common questions:

  • Can I register for the event without submitting an abstract? 
    Yes, you can fully register without submitting an abstract and participate in all aspects of the conference.

  • Do I need to pay and register to submit an abstract?

    Yes you must pay and register before you can submit an abstract.

  • Are there specific formatting requirements for the poster?

    YES since we are using preinstalled poster hangers your poster must fit the dimensions! Poster orientation is PORTRAIT size: 36" width x 48" length to fit poster holders (35" width is better). NOTE: If you poster width is outside these dimensions cannot be displayed.

  • When will the posters be displayed?
    The posters will be available for viewing by all registered participants during the Saturday lunch break in the research wing of the KC Irving Center.
     

  • When can I register for the event ?
    Until February 25, 2026 for general registration.
     

  • When can I submit an abstract for an oral presentation or poster?
    Until February 25, 2026 (for abstract submission).
     

  • Can I submit my abstract for poster AND oral presentation ?
    No, choose either poster OR oral presentation.
     

  • Is there a word limit for submitting an abstract ?
    Yes, 250 words for abstract.
     

  • Do I have to upload my presentation/poster to submit an abstract?
    No, only the abstract and the title are mandatory to finish your submission to present and register. You can upload your presentation (slides) in person BEFORE your assigned session/room begins their scheduled presentations. Please bring oral presentation on a USB key. You can hang your poster immediately before the poster session begins during the lunch break on Saturday.
