Poster Contest Participation Rules
Eligibility
- Submit an abstract to the event organizers.
- Receive a positive response following the abstract submission.
Deadline to Respect: September 28, 11:30 PM
Adhering to deadlines is crucial to ensure the smooth running of the event. No exceptions will be made regarding the dates indicated below. Your poster must be prepared well in advance to obtain all necessary approvals (director, co-director, co-authors, industrial collaborators, etc.) in a timely manner.
DIRECTIVES
Registration is mandatory to participate in the poster contest.
Deadline to submit the poster: September 28, 2024, 11:30 PM
Poster dimensions to follow: 26.5" X 36"
To ensure the correct dimensions for printing, follow this procedure:
In the PowerPoint file, select "Save As" and choose PDF.
DO NOT select the "Print as PDF" option.
