Registration and Information Desk
** The meeting will start with the Keynote talks, on Sunday evening, April 23, 2023, and will finish with breakfast in the morning of April 27, 2023.
A registration desk will be open :
Sunday April 23, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in the Max Bell Central Foyer
Monday April 24, Tuesday April 25, and Wednesday April 26, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the Max Bell Central Foyer
Presentations
All scientific sessions and poster presentations will be held in the Banff Centre for Conferences:
Oral presentations will take place in the Max Bell Auditorium.
Poster presentations will be held in rooms Max Bell (MB) 251, 252 & 253 on Monday and Tuesday afternoons from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Nutrition breaks will be held outside the poster presentation rooms at 10:00 a.m.
Instructions for Poster Presentations
Posters can be mounted on assigned boards (as listed below) as at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 23, and can remain posted until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 26, after which poster boards will be dismantled.
Recommended poster size :
Portrait: 3.5 ft tall by 2 ft wide (42 in tall by 24 in wide)
Landscape: 2 ft tall by 3.5 ft wide (24 in tall by 42 in wide).
POSTER PRESENTERS SHOULD BE AT THEIR POSTER FROM 3:00 P.M. TO 5:30 P.M. ON BOTH DAYS
Meals
Breakfasts, lunches and dinners will be served in the Vistas Dining Room on the 4th floor of the Sally Borden Building. The banquet on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 will be held in the Dining Room of the Husky Great Hall (KC 303). You will be identified by your conference badge.
