Accommodation

Bulk booking have been made at the Hébergement hôtelier du Service des résidences de l’Université Laval ($CAD 41 to $CAD 99 breakfast not included) and the Hotel Universel Quebec ($CAD 129, breakfast non included). See below for more information about those two options.

Rooms and rates

• Standard University Room (shared bathroom): $CAD 41 + taxes in single occupancy and $CAD 55 + taxes in double occupancy. (Breakfast not included)

These rooms have two single beds and feature all the amenities usually available in hotels including bed linen and towels, shampoo and soap, parking included, free wireless internet access and free local calls.

• Superior University Room (private bathroom): $CAD 99 + taxes in single occupancy or double occupancy. (Breakfast not included)

These rooms are equipped with a bathroom, a Queen bed, a TV, a microwave oven, refrigerator and telephone. They usually have all the amenities offered by hotels including bed linen and towels, shampoo and soap, parking included, free wireless internet access and free local calls.

Rooms and rate

• Standard Room (1 King Bed) or Standard Room (2 Queen Beds): $CAD 129 + taxes for 1 or 2 people + $CAD 20 per additional person.
• Breakfast not included.
• Check in after 4:00 PM.
• Check out before 12:00 PM.

Cancellation Policy

• 48 hours prior to the day of arrival: no penalty.
• 48 hours an less prior to the day of arrival: penalty equal to 1 night's stay plus tax in the room category booked.
