Graduate students and postdoctoral associates from across the Institute will discuss their research in 7-minute lightning talks.

Director Jay Henderson will give an overview of new developments in the Institute, including exciting changes to our strategic plan.

Associate Director Heidi Hehnly and Boryanna Rossa, associate professor in the school of Visual and Performing Arts, will discuss their BioArt Mixer and parallel efforts in blending science and the humanities to strengthen both.

Dacheng Ren, Associate Dean for Research in the College of Engineering and Computer Science and the Stevenson Endowed Professor of Engineering, will introduce this year's Stevenson Biomaterials Lecturer.
