Participants
Please visit the registration page.
If you are registered and need to edit your registration (e.g., switch to virtual participation or update your accessibility requirements), you can do so by following these instructions.
This event will combine discussion panels, collaborative workshops, plenary speaker sessions, and implementation-focused working groups.
It will be jointly hosted between UBC Vancouver and UBC Okanagan, with options for participants to join at either location or participate in select sessions virtually.

Go to the Program page on the event website.
On the top right, select the drop-down menu 'Tracks'
Select, 'Vancouver', 'Kelowna', or 'Virtual' depending on your chosen mode of participation.
This will filter the sessions to those available from your location. You can then bookmark relevant sessions.
There is no need to pre-register for individual sessions. All registered attendees have access to the full program, and sessions are open on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend bookmarking the sessions you are most interested in on the Fourwaves platform to help plan your schedule and receive updates.

Event sessions will focus on collaborative solutions to pressing health challenges that support actionable outcomes. This will include research ready for implementation or collaborative engagement and health system challenges or innovations that require a research perspective
To encourage engagement, all sessions will be interactive. Formats will include implementation workshops, panel discussions, collaborative sessions, or other innovative approaches.
You will receive formal confirmation from the event team on the final date and time of your session. You can also check this information by logging in to Fourwaves and following these instructions.
