Thank you for agreeing to review proposals for COCE 2025. Your time and expertise are essential to the success of the conference program. Below are the details you need to get started.
Why You Were Selected
Participants could opt into the reviewer pool when submitting a proposal. Due to the large number of submissions this year, the COCE 2025 Program Committee has invited those who opted in to assist with the reviewing process. This helps ensure we can process reviews and notify all submitters on time.
If your schedule doesn’t allow you to complete the reviews, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reassign them.
Getting Started
Email Notification:
You should receive an email from no-reply@fourwaves.com with the subject line, "You've been added as a reviewer."
Follow the link in the email to activate your account.
Once activated, you can access the proposals assigned to you.
2. Deadline:
Reviews must be completed by December 7, 2025, to allow timely notifications to submitters.
