Pauline Claude (coordinator)
Research Professional at CRISPESH
Pauline has recently completed her PhD in Anthropology at the University of Montreal (UdeM). As a graduate student, she had the opportunity to teach many classes, while working for UdeM's student accessability services. Last September, she joined CRISPESH as a research professional, where she is in charge of coordinating the center's scientific activities.

Roch Ducharme
Director General - CRISPESH
Roch has over 12 years of experience in supporting people with disabilities. He has held various positions related to this field, including that of educational advisor for assistive technology at Dawson College and the Centre collégial de soutien à l'intégration (CCSI) de l'Ouest. He was also an advisor at the Service d'accueil et de soutien aux étudiants en situation de handicap at the Université du Québec à Montréal, and product manager for visual impairment aids at Aroga as well as network manager at SDEM/SEMO Montérégie, an employment assistance and business placement service for people with disabilities. Since 2018, he sits on the Advisory Committee for Persons with Disabilities (CCPH) and participates in the Advisory Committee for the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail (CPMT) and the Ministère du Travail, de l'Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale (MTESS).

Laure Galipeau
Co-founder of UDL@Dawson and Faculty at Dawson College
Laure has been a teacher of French as a Second Language (FSL) at Dawson College for many years now. For the last 10 years, her work and her reflection have been oriented towards inclusive pedagogy and its impact on the success of ALL college students. She co-developed a PAREA research project (2014-2017) on the impact of the application of the pedagogical model, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), on written French. In 2015, her interests and enthusiasm for inclusive pedagogical practices at the college level also led her to co-found the UDL@Dawson, a Community of Practice, with her colleagues Catherine Soleil and Effie Konstantinopoulos. She continues her teaching, research, sharing and dissemination work as an enthusiastic advocate for inclusion in Higher Education.

Effie Konstantinopoulos
Co-founder of UDL@Dawson and Councellor at Dawson College AccessAbility Centre
Effie has been at the forefront of discussions on inclusion for the past 20 years and prides herself in always being there for her students above all else. In the last 10 years, working as a pedagogical counsellor at Dawson College, she has had the pleasure of working with students, faculty members and service providers as well as the honour to collaborate with Laure Galipeau and Catherine Soleil to co-develop a PAREA research project (2014-2017) and to co-found and co-lead UDL@Dawson, a Community of Practice, since 2015. Her goal is to be a part of the change leading to the development of inclusive learning environments for ALL.

Catherine Soleil
Co-founder of UDL@Dawson and Faculty at Dawson College
Catherine has been a professor of French as a second language at Dawson College since 2003 and has participated in a PAREA research project (2014-2017) on L’impact de l’application du modèle de la CUA sur le français écrit. Since 2010, she has been interested in inclusive pedagogy and has acted in this area as coordinator of the CoP UDL@Dawson, set up in 2015. Together with her colleagues, Laure Galipeau and Effie Konstantinopoulos, she has presented numerous workshops on activities related to inclusive pedagogy within the college network.
