CSME/CFD2024

On behalf of the Canadian Society for Mechanical Engineering (CSME) and the CFD Society of Canada (CFDSC), we are delighted to announce CSME/CFD2024, a joint conference to be held on the beautiful downtown campus of the University of Toronto, May 26-29, 2024.

This annual conference represents a marvellous opportunity for the mechanical engineering and CFD communities in Canada and beyond to come together, to exchange the latest research results, but equally important, to build community, as it brings together students and professors with colleagues from industry and government. Based on attendance at recent conferences in Edmonton (2022) and Sherbrooke (2023), we anticipate welcoming most of 400 attendees.

We invite you to submit abstracts (400 words) and papers (6 pages), to be considered for presentation at the conference. Templates are available at www.csmecongress.org. The deadline to submit is end of day, February 12, 2024. Notification of acceptance will be issued by no later than March 11. Click on the Submission tab to submit.

Students are encouraged to submit papers, as both the CSME and the CFDSC will run student paper contests.

Proceedings of the conference will be published on TSpace, the University of Toronto online archive.
