How to present during the conference?
Join us to present your latest research results. There are two options to be considered for presentation at the conference:
Submit an abstract only (400 words, text + pdf format) by February 17, 2025.
Submit an abstract (400 words, text form) and a paper (6 pages, pdf format) by February 17, 2025.
For accepted presentations, the abstract or the paper (depending on the selected option) will be included in the conference proceedings, which will be published on Espace ÉTS, the online archive of the École de technologie supérieure.
With option 2, you can also participate to a student competitions, run by the CSME, CFDSC and CSR societies, to have the opportunity to win a scholarship.
Archival journals may also invite selected authors of papers to submit their work for publication in special issues.
The submission must be done on this platform. You will have to select the society (CSME, CFDSC or CSR) and the symposium you want to join. Please check the list below or the Call for Paper, to select the appropriate symposium.

Presenter Registrations: by March 31st, 2025.
Abstracts and papers without a presenter registration by March 31st, 2025 will not be included in the program or proceedings.
