Dear Oral & Poster Presenters,

Thank you all for submitting abstracts for oral and poster presentations! Registrants who indicated a preference for oral presentation were accommodated to the best of our ability. The scientific program will be available shortly. Below is important information regarding your presentations.

Oral Presenters:

The Zoom platform will be used to provide live talks delivered by the speakers for a total of 15-minutes each (up to 12-minutes of talk plus 3-minutes of Q&A). Be sure to update your version of Zoom software.

We are open to pre-recorded videos if you do not have a high-speed internet connection. Please reach out separately to R. Glen Uhrig (ruhrig@ualberta.ca) or Gavin Chen (gc24@ualberta.ca) by Tuesday November 30, 2021 if you wish to submit a 12-minute pre-recorded video. Please be available for the question period during your slot in the session (the full program will be posted shortly).

Poster Presenters:

Registrants who are presenting a poster will upload their poster (image) to the Fourwaves site (https://event.fourwaves.com/cspb-wrm2021) using their login credentials. Presenters are asked to provide a 5-minute pre-recorded video (.mp4 format) to accompany the poster, especially students who are eligible for presentation awards. Please upload your poster and video by midnight on December 1, 2021.

Additional Fourwaves Information:
