On April 29, 30, and May 1, 2026, the Graduate School of International Studies at Université Laval, in collaboration with Ministère des Relations internationales et de la Francophonie (MRIF), will host a major international conference dedicated to Canada’s foreign economic policy. This event will bring together stakeholders from Canada and abroad to reflect collectively on the country's economic future. During three days, specialists from academic, governmental, and economic sectors—representing Quebec, Canada, and beyond—will examine the challenges and opportunities of shaping a foreign economic policy adapted to a rapidly transforming global landscape. Ecological and digital transitions, supply chain security, geopolitical tensions, and economic resilience will be at the heart of this international gathering.
