This program is accredited by Université Laval for Category 1 continuing medical education credits for clinicians and also accredited for continuous medical education units (CEU) for healthcare professionals.

Parking:

Parking spots will be available at the special rate of $9 per day (tax included). A user code will be required. More details to come in June.
Registration terms:
- Online registrations only. One registration form must be completed per attendee.
- Payment by credit card only (Visa or Mastercard). Make sure to enter the credit cardholder's address as the billing address.
- Confirmation of registration and payment will be sent by email.
- Reimbursement policy:
- If you cancel before May 31, 2019, 50% of your total payment will be reimbursed. The written request must be sent to: isdm2019@fmed.ulaval.ca.
- No reimbursements are possible after June 1, 2019.
