Friday, April 14, Welch Hall Grand Concourse:

12:30pm-1:00pm: Student participant check-in

1:00pm-2:40pm: Session A, Poster presentations. Judges and guests view presentations and interact with student presenters.

2:40pm-3:00pm: Take down session A posters, set up session B posters.

3:00pm-4:40pm: Session B, Poster presentations. Judges and guests view presentations and interact with student presenters.

5:00pm-6:00pm: Reception and awards announcement. Enjoy refreshments and celebrate the day with your co-presenters as well as judges, industry representatives and guests!

Friday, April 14, WEL 2.246 (just off the Grand Concourse)

1:00pm-4:30pm: Forum Networking Lounge is open; Student presenters and guests can take a break from the presentation floor and enjoy refreshments, and company and graduate program representatives will have a comfortable space to display materials and chat and interact with students.
