UT Faculty, Post-doc and Graduate Student Researchers, and Staff:
You can show your support for our hard-working undergraduate researchers in one, two or all three of these ways:
1. Save the Date: Add the event to your calendar and carve out time to see what researchers are up to: 1-6pm, April 14th, 2023 in the Welch Hall Grand Concourse.
2. Tell your students: Encourage students you work with to learn about the forum and plan to participate. A wide variety of support is available to help students prepare to communicate their work.
3. Be a forum judge or a member of the awards committee. Each year, we ask faculty, post-doc and graduate student researchers, staff, and industry and alumni partners to evaluate students’ posters. In addition, we are looking for members of the award committee to help decide the winners of over $10K in student awards. We hope you will sign up to help in one of these two ways.
