The following participation fees will be charged upon registration according to the following categories:

Student rate (for students and post-docs who are members of Québec-Océan (MSc, PhD, postdoc))

Regular rate (for all other types of participants)

· For Québec-Océan student and post-doctoral members only, double-occupancy accommodation the night of February 6 to 7**.
· For the first 30 Québec-Océan student and post-doctoral members registered for Student Day only, double-occupancy accommodation the night of February 5 to 6**, access to Student Day and its workshops.

*Other meals and beverages may be taken at the hotel and are the responsibility of the participants.
**An additional fee of $50/night will be charged for single occupancy.

Students
Accommodation for students and post-doctoral fellows who are members of Québec-Océan in double occupancy (2 people per room equipped with 2 double beds) is included with the $50 registration fee for the night of February 5 to 6 (for Student Day registrants only) and for the night of February 6 to 7. For single occupancy, an additional fee of $50/night will be charged.

Other participants
🚩 For other participants, accommodation is at your own expense and you must make your own reservation with the hotel. 🚩 You will receive instructions and a promo code in your registration confirmation email to enable you to take advantage of the preferential hotel rates negotiated with Québec-Océan. You'll need to open the reservation link sent, use the Add Code option, select Group Attendee, and enter the code provided.

We strongly encourage you to carpool and we offer you the possibility to search for a carpool option via the Carpooling search page.

If you are interested in this service, simply indicate in your registration form whether you are a driver or a passenger, the estimated departure date and from which university you wish to depart. You can then go to the Carpooling search page, search for potential carpooling options and make direct contact with people of interest.
