Payment

Payments will be collected by Xetta on behalf of QUT. All prices are inclusive of Australian GST. Payment or proof of payment must be made in order to receive registration confirmation.

Payment can be made via credit card during the registration process. Please note your registration is not guaranteed until payment is received.

Transfers and Refunds

Attendees who are unable to attend the colloquium and/or workshop may nominate a substitute to take their place by contacting us at contact@aushsi.org.au, with the details of their replacement. If you are unable to nominate a replacement and require a refund, please contact us at least 14 days before the event. Unfortunately, we cannot give a refund for non-attendance or cancellation within 14 days of the event.

Cancellation by AusHSI: The event may be cancelled, varied, rescheduled or postponed at AusHSI's absolute discretion. AusHSI reserves the right to transfer the registration to the rescheduled conference. Should the new conference dates not be suitable, attendees may request a full refund, so long as this is requested in writing to contact@aushsi.org.au within 7 days of the delegate being notified of the new conference dates.

COVID 19 policy

AusHSI has taken all practicable steps to minimise disruptions relating to COVID-19 and will continue to actively monitor the situation in the lead-up to the workshop and colloquium. In the event that AusHSI decides, at its absolute discretion, that the in-person conference must be cancelled, delegates will be informed with appropriate notice, with further details provided at the time.

The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice and will not accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

By registering to attend Implementation Science in the Real World you agree that AusHSI has your permission to use any recordings, whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the workshop and colloquium and content at their sole discretion.
