Your poster


Please follow these instructions for the creation and presentation of your poster:

Dimensions
The maximum size for your poster is 90cm high x 120cm wide (landscape).

Numerotation
Your poster number will be emailed to you and provided directly on your poster board. It is not necessary to include it in the content of your poster.

Poster board
The poster boards will already be set up in the Hallway of Pavilion Vandry. Simply hang your poster on the appropriate panel according to your poster number. We encourage you to hang your poster 10-15 minutes in advance to anticipate any last minute problems. Clips will be provided.

Presentation duration
It is recommended that you allow about 5 minutes for the poster presentation and about 2 minutes for your audience to ask questions.

Evaluation
Your poster presentation will be evaluated if you request it at the time of submission. However, keep in mind that your poster presentation is an opportunity to present your work and get constructive feedback on it, not just to win! Therefore, it is important to stay close to your poster throughout your session. A minimum of two judges are assigned to each poster. These judges are not required to announce themselves. They will use the evaluation grid that you can find here.

Award ceremony
The announcement of the best posters will be made at the end of the JSE, on Thursday, August 22nd, at the end of the day. Good luck!

3-minutes talk


Please follow these instructions for creating and presenting your 3-minutes talk:

Format
We recommand to use 3-5 slides preferentially in Powerpoint or PDF format.

Dimensions
Slides in landscape format.

Transfer
Your file must be sent by email before Monday August 19, 2024, 23h59, to comite-releve-crc@ulaval.ca.

Presentation duration
You will have a 3-minute presentation, followed by a 2-minute question period.

Evaluation
Your oral presentation will be evaluated by judges using the evaluation grid (you can find it here).

Award ceremony
The announcement of the best 3-minutes talk will be made at the end of the JSE, on Thursday, August 22nd, at the end of the day. Good luck!
