Invited Guests: Awards Celebration Cancellation Policy

In the event an invited guest has purchased a dinner ticket(s) and wishes to cancel their attendance, refunds (less $35.00 CAD Administration fee) will be issued if the cancellation of dinner attendance is provided in writing to the CEPD office at northernconstellations@nosm.ca before April 26, 2024. No refunds will be issued after that date for cancelled dinner/awards attendance.

NCC Registrants: Registration, Travel and Cancellation Policy

Travel Guidelines for Registrants:

NOSM U will not be covering the cost of travel for attendees. Registrants in Northeastern Ontario will have the opportunity to reserve a seat on a chartered bus at a first come, first serve basis through the registration portal. At this time, we are polling to see who has interest. Additional information to those interested will be contacted in the coming weeks.

NOSM U Faculty/Staff/Residents/Learners traveling from other areas of Northern Ontario are privy to a 10% discount for flights if they are reserved through Red Tag. For a list of their services and fees, please reference the “Travel Information” tab on the event website.

Accommodation Guidelines:

NOSM U will cover single night accommodation for conference registrants on May 3, 2024. Accommodations will be submitted to the venue through a room booking list to ensure the use of our discounted group rate. Registrants are required to select nights they require. Any dates falling outside of May 3, 2024 will be charged directly to the individuals during checkout.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

Should a registrant need to cancel their conference registration, and the cancellation is received in writing by the CEPD office at northernconstellations@nosm.ca by Friday April 21, 2024, a $200.00 CAD fee will be applied to their credit card.

Should a registrant need to cancel their conference registration, and the cancellation is received in writing by the CEPD office between April 22nd and April 29th 2024, a fee of $350.00 CAD will be applied to their credit card.

Should a registrant cancel their conference registration after April 29th, 2024, your registration fee will be forfeited.
