A 24 seater Coach Bus has been secured for interested faculty, learners, and staff traveling round trip from Sudbury to Toronto.

The bus will depart only on Friday, May 3, 2024, at 6:30 a.m. from Sudbury.

NOSM U Sudbury Campus Parking information will be sent to those registered for the bus prior to the event.

Will there be charter flights available this year from Thunder Bay and Sudbury?

Post-pandemic, travel in the north has undergone significant change. Charter availability is challenging due to staff shortages, and increasing costs, and several companies have left the region entirely. As a result, charters will not be available for the conference. Travel suggestions are available on our event website including direct flights to Toronto with Air Canada and Porter, as well as an expression of interest for charter buses.
