Pre-Conference Workshop Attendees:

The Pre-Conference Workshop will be held from 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. EST. We ask that participants planning to attend the Pre-Conference Workshop complete a quick survey to help make this pre-conference workshop as relevant as possible. Oral Presentations:

1) These will be presented live from the Sudbury campus on the day of the conference. They will also be available for viewing virtually.

Poster Presentations:

1) We ask that participants view the pre-recorded poster presentations prior to the conference (these will be posted to the conference site when received)

2) Presentation links will be found on the Conference Agenda, which is located on the NHRC website homepage, or under the Conference Resources tab

3) The breakout session for posters is strictly for in-person attendance. This is a Q&A, so please bring any questions you have for the presenters during their allocated time

WebEx Access:

1) On the day of the conference, make your way to the NHRC Website – WebEx link will be found on the homepage on the day of the conference only

2) In order to ensure you can access WebEx, please test your system using the WebEx test link.

3) If you are required to download the WebEx App, please follow the WebEx download link.

4) NOSMU IT will be on standby to assist anyone having difficulties – the NOSMU Helpdesk phone number will be provided on the homepage Friday prior to the conference

*Note: Individuals trying to access the conference via phone will not be able to participate in breakout sessions. We request that you join using a desktop or tablet.
