Welcome to the Science Atlantic Nutrition and Foods Committee 2021 Conference website!

Science Atlantic Nutrition and Foods Committee was founded in 2016 (by its current members) and hosted its inaugural student conference in 2019 at Mount St. Vincent University. We will be holding our third conference virtually on April 26–27, 2021, and the host institution will be Saint Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, NS.
