2025 Showcase Details
When | Friday, November 7, 2025 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (Add event to your calendar)
Where | Pastides Alumni Center, 900 Senate Street, Columbia, SC 29201 - Grand Ballroom, First Level
Who | Affiliated clinicians and academicians (Prisma Health, Clemson University, Furman University, and University of South Carolina) and their students, residents, and fellows are encouraged to submit abstracts for poster presentation.
What | Prisma Health celebrates research and scholarly activity that are competitively selected annually at the Prisma Health Education and Research Institute Showcase. This continuing learning opportunity hosts a scientifically diverse spectrum of basic and clinical research and quality improvement activities aligned with Prisma Health priorities and goals. Through the Showcase, Prisma Health with its academic partners (Clemson University, Furman University, and University of South Carolina) seeks to encourage camaraderie and collaboration producing evidence informing clinical practice. The Showcase also provides a venue for individuals to refine their peer-reviewed presentation skills.
Timeline at a glance
Monday, September 15 by 11:59 p.m. - Abstract submission deadline
Friday, September 19 - Notification of presentation
Monday, October 20 by 11:59 p.m. - Digital posters due
Friday, November 7 - Showcase (physical posters to be presented)
Registration | Registration is REQUIRED to attend/participate in the event. Registration must be completed prior to submitting an abstract. Register is now closed.
Showcase Access and Voting Details
The abstracts and posters featured at the Showcase are now available electronically on this website under the “Abstracts & Posters” tab.
As you explore the submissions, we encourage you to upvote any poster that stands out for its excellence or innovation. Upvotes can be submitted between Monday, November 3 at 9:00 AM and Friday, November 7 at 1:30 PM. The poster receiving the highest number of upvotes will be honored with the “Researchers’ Choice Award” during the Showcase awards ceremony.

You must be logged in to submit an upvote or leave a comment.
While all posters will be searchable and viewable online, each physical poster at the Showcase will include a Poster Tag displaying the poster number, submission title, and a QR code. Scanning the QR code will take you directly to the poster’s online page, making it easy to cast your upvote.
