Presentation Guidelines

In order to be selected for a poster presentation, please submit your abstract by April 15, 5:00 PM. Students will be informed before the end of April of the type of presentation (oral or poster) for which they have been selected.

Please note that those selected for an oral presentation MAY also present a poster to encourage discussion with other PROTEO members.

Oral presentations

Student oral presentations will be showcased. We are pleased to invite several students to present their research in person (for a duration of 8-10 minutes; the exact duration will be specified shortly). This will be followed by a question period of 2-4 minutes.

• Only PowerPoint or PDF formats will be accepted.
• Please present yourself before the beginning of the symposium in the audiovisual control room with your visual material. Only USB keys will be accepted.

Poster presentations

• The poster will be vertically oriented.
• Maximum size: Height: 45 inches (114 cm); Width: 42 inches (106 cm).
• Presentation of 3-4 minutes and 1-2 minute of questions.
