Presentation Guidelines

To be selected for a poster presentation, please submit your abstract by April 12th, 2024 at 11:59 PM. Students will receive notification regarding their selection for either an oral or poster presentation by the end of April.

Please note that individuals chosen for an oral presentation are also welcome to present a poster to encourage discussion with other PROTEO members.

Oral presentations

We're excited to announce that student oral presentations will be featured prominently. We extend invitations to select students to present their research in person, with each presentation lasting 8-10 minutes (exact duration to be confirmed shortly). Following each presentation, there will be a question period lasting 2-4 minutes.

• Only PowerPoint or PDF formats will be accepted.
• Please ensure you arrive at the audiovisual control room before the symposium begins, bringing along your visual materials. Kindly note that only USB keys will be accepted.

Poster presentations

• The poster will be vertically oriented.
• Maximum size: Height: 45 inches (114 cm); Width: 42 inches (106 cm).
• Presentation of 3-4 minutes and 1-2 minute of questions.
