All abstracts must be submitted via the website psirtic25.eu. Registration and login to the electronic platform is required before submitting the abstract.

English is the default language for the meeting. Written content (abstracts, PPTs and e-posters) must be in English and presenters must be able to participate in a live discussion in English.

All presenters must register for the conference no later than 22 March 2025. Presenters who do not register by this date will not be included in the conference programme. We will send acceptance notices by 1 March so that you can register.

Each person may submit TWO abstracts as a presenting author. However, only one abstract will be accepted as an oral presentation. A person may act as a non-presenting co-author for multiple abstracts.

Presentation formats
We invite abstracts for three different types of presentations:

Oral presentations - 15 minutes long (12' for presentation + 3' for questions).

Flash presentations - 5 minutes long (no time for questions).

Prepare your presentations in 16:9 format.

E-posters – Posters will be displayed during the conference. To encourage active participation from attendees, a temporary time slot will be scheduled for authors to present their posters and discuss them with interested parties.

For e-posters, a 16:9 widescreen format is requested. Please ensure that your poster is oriented Landscape. One to three slides are allowed (PDF or PPT).

Prepare your abstract
All abstracts must be submitted in English.
Abstracts are limited to a maximum of 250 words.
You may specify up to five keywords. It is the responsibility of the author(s) to ensure that the text of the abstract does not contain typographical or grammatical errors.
All authors named in the abstract must be listed in the order in which you wish them to appear in the program.
Abstracts must be submitted by the presenting author in the abstract module of the conference module.
Select the most appropriate track from the list.
After clicking the "Submit" button on the form page, you will receive a confirmation email with the identification number of your abstract. You can use this reference for any notification about your contribution. If you do not receive this notification, please contact secretariat@psirti.eu to confirm that your abstract has been received.

You can access the system at any time and edit your contribution until the submission deadline. After that, you will no longer be able to change any element (type of contribution, title, abstract or consecutive list of authors).
