Recipe Competition: NOW OPEN!
Submit a bio-imaging or research inspired recipe for a chance to win a 50$ gift card!
Winner(s) will be announced at the Scientific Days 2021 Social Event / Trivia Quiz.
Competition Rules:
- Must be a food or beverage recipe
- Must include an image/picture (real or not)
- Must have a scientific, bio-imaging, or research-inspired name
- Must include a funny caption/description, list of ingredients and instructions!
- Must include at least one Quebec product
- Must include the name of the author(s) and their affiliations
Please follow the template below for the document format (pdf recommended).
Recipes must be submitted by email to qbinsocial@gmail.com by March 9th, 2021.
Example recipe competition submission:
Recipe Name: “Somebody-Love-Reviewer-Number-two”
Description: Bitter-sweet cocktail, made without love but a lot of sweat. Harsh at first, might just need a bit of sweetness.
Ingredients:
-1/2 Grapefruit (not the better half)
-Gin (2 ounces) – (we recommend discovering the selection of gins from Quebec)
-Ginger root (1 ounce)
-1 cup of Boiling water (that’s where the sweat comes from!)
-Quebec honey (optional)
-Decorative: branch of pine tree
Instructions: Infuse grapefruit and ginger. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add gin and honey to taste. Decorate with pine tree branches.
