Accueil et inscriptions
La Réunion se tiendra les 15 et 16 novembre au Centre des congrès de Québec (CCQ), au 900, rue Honoré-Mercier, Québec, G1R 5H9. À votre arrivée, rendez-vous d’abord au comptoir d’inscription dans le foyer pour obtenir votre porte-nom et ainsi avoir accès à toutes les conférences.

Le comptoir d’inscription sera ouvert :

Mercredi 15 novembre de 8 h à 17 h 30
Jeudi 16 novembre de 8 h à 16 h 30

Un vestiaire vous est offert gratuitement à l’entrée.

Stationnement, circulation et transport en commun

L’entrée à privilégier pour accéder directement à l’espace 2000 du Centre des congrès où se tiendra la Réunion est celle située au 900, avenue Honoré-Mercier. Le Centre des congrès de Québec est relié par tunnel piétonnier à quatre stationnements intérieurs. Le Centre est aussi bien desservi par le Réseau de transport de la Capitale (RTC), un choix de transport écoresponsable.

Prix coup de cœur du public

Nous vous invitons à voter pour votre affiche coup de cœur à l’accueil. Un coupon de vote se trouvera dans votre porte-nom. Le vote sera ouvert du mercredi 9 h au jeudi 13 h. Le prix coup de cœur du public sera remis lors de la soirée de clôture.

Repas et banquet
Votre inscription comprend les repas du midi ainsi que les réceptions du 15 et 16 novembre. Vous trouverez dans votre porte-nom un coupon pour une consommation offerte pour chaque réception. Du café et du thé seront disponibles pendant les pauses du matin et de l’après-midi.

Welcome and Registration
The conference will be held November 15 and 16 at the Quebec City Convention Centre (QCC), 900, Honoré-Mercier, Québec, G1R 5H9. Upon arrival, please go to the registration desk in the lobby to obtain your name badge and gain access to all conferences.

The registration desk will be open:

Wednesday, November 15 from 8:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
Thursday, November 16 from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

A coat check is available, free of charge, at the entrance.

Parking, Traffic and Public Transportation
The preferred entrance for direct access to Space 2000 of the Convention Centre where the Meeting will be held is the one located at 900 Honoré-Mercier Avenue. The Québec City Convention Centre is linked by a pedestrian tunnel to four indoor parking lots. The Centre is also well served by the Réseau de transport de la Capitale (RTC), an eco-responsible transportation choice.

Public Choice Award
We invite you to vote for your favorite poster at the register kiosk. A voting coupon will be in your name badge. Voting will be open from Wednesday 9am to Thursday 1pm. The prize for public's favorite poster will be awarded during the closing ceremony.

Meals and banquet
Your registration includes lunches as well as the receptions on November 15 and 16. You will find a coupon in your name badge for a complimentary drink at each reception. Coffee and tea will be available during the morning and afternoon breaks.
