CANCELLATION POLICY: Each individual is responsible for cancelling his/her own reservation a minimum of one (1) week prior to the arrival date. Should this not occur, the individual will be responsible for the 1st night stay.

RELOCATION: If any guest room reservation cannot be accommodated by Hotel, Hotel will provide: (1) accommodations at a comparable Hotel reasonably nearby at no charge for the first night; (2) one complimentary round trip ground transportation between Hotel and the alternate hotel for each day the guest is displaced.

ROOM BLOCK
The room block is open. Participants can reserve all types of rooms agreed upon according to availability. Please note that there are no air conditioners in the Single studios but the Suites are equipped with one.

PREFERENTIAL RATES
Rates are in Canadian currency ($ CAD), subject to applicable taxes and revision. Only the discount granted is guaranteed. A minimum of 2 nights is mandatory for any reservation related to this agreement.

PARTICIPANT RESERVATION
To benefit from the preferential rate, the participant must reserve:

At least 7 days before the start date of the reservation and online on our website using the special link or by phone at 514-343-8006 mentioning the name of the event.

To confirm the reservation, a deposit of the amount of the first night is taken from the participant's credit card and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Each participant is responsible for the total payment which will be taken from the credit card between 1 and 3 days before arrival. Online payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

PARTICIPANT ARRIVALS
Arrivals are from 3 p.m. on the day of the scheduled arrival at 2350 Boulevard Edouard-Montpetit, H3T 1J4, Montreal, QC.

Normal opening hours during the summer period are from 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. (except exceptions). Arrivals must be made before 9 p.m. In case of late arrival, participants must contact the Establishment no later than 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. In this case, instructions to remove the keys from our secure facility will be sent.

LOST KEYS
The participant will have to pay an additional fee of $150 for each key lost during the rental of the rooms.

DISPLAY
The name of the event will be activated as soon as the reservation of the room block is confirmed and up to 7 days before the start of the event.
