You must be registered to submit an abstract. The organizing committee may propose a change of format depending on the number of submissions received. Please provide the same contact information as when registering.

Only one oral communication and one poster per person as principal author will be allowed. However, a person may co-author several papers. If a person submits more than one presentation of each type, the second of the same type WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE REFUSED.

Talks

Speakers must bring their presentation on a flash memory drive (USB key). The title of the presentation file must include the first letter of the first name and the last name in a single block (e.g. vmartel).

On arrival at the conference location (before presentations begin), speakers must go to their presentation room and hand in their presentation to the projectionist, who will transfer it to the projector's computer.

Regular and student papers will last 15 minutes, including the question period.

Oral papers may be presented in French or English. The title and abstract must be written in the language of the presentation. As a courtesy to folks who speak only one language, we suggest that if the oral component of the presentation is given in one language, the slide text could be written in the other language.

Posters

Posters can be presented in English or French.

Posters must have a maximal width of 44” and a maximal height of 46".

Authors must be present to discuss their poster during the session assigned to them in the schedule.
