REGISTRATION PROCEDURES & CONDITIONS

All participants must be registered to access the SOTANCP5.

For conference registration all participants must submit a complete online registration form.

Confirmation of the registration will be sent only when the corresponding payment is received.

PAYMENT

Full payment should be received before the relevant deadline and can be made by the Credit Card or Bank transfer (Deferred transfer).

American Express, MasterCard and Visa cards will be accepted.

2. Bank transfer - please choose option Deferred Payment

All expenses shall be borne by ordering customer.
Please note that intermediary bank fees may be applied, please verify with your local bank.

No discount will be provided in case of early settlements. Cheques: please note that payments by personal cheques are not accepted.

CONFIRMATION

Confirmation will be sent only when the corresponding payment is received.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

If the user cannot attend the workshop, it is possible to transfer the registration to another attendee.

There will be no penalty for cancellations received on or before the date 30 days prior to the first day of the workshop. The full amount paid minus a 20% processing fee will be refunded.

A cancellation fee of 50% of registration costs will be applied for cancellations received between 29 to 10 days before the workshop.

No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 10 days before the first day of the workshop, unless in accordance with the Emergency Policy below. Transfers can only be made if requested by a deadline of 10 days prior to the workshop.

All cancellations or requests for transfer must be sent in writing via e-mail or regular mail to the organizers. Telephone requests will not be honored.

Emergency Policy

Refunds may be granted if an attendee is unable to attend the workshop due to a family death, illness, or other extraordinary circumstance. In such a circumstance, the Main Office must be contacted by phone, letter or e-mail. If initial notification is by phone, it must be followed up in writing. Refunds will still be subject to the 20% processing fee.

Author Refunds

Authors who have their papers included in the Conference Proceedings are not eligible for a refund once the Proceedings are finalized. Authors may receive a refund by the normal means above if they withdraw any submitted papers before they are included in electronic or hard-copy proceedings.

If for any reason the conference should be cancelled, the organizers will refund the full registration fee within 90 days of canceling the conference.
