My latest transcripts are in "pass/fail" mode. What cumulative average should I indicate?

• You must indicate the last known average, that is, the CEGEP average if you do not have any known grades in your university program.

Is it possible to submit documents after the deadline?

• No. The files will be submitted to the research teams the day after the deadline. No documents can be added to the file after the deadline

I am not eligible for an internship scholarship from the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation, can I still apply?

• Yes. You can apply even if you are not eligible for a scholarship from the Foundation. Your funding will then come exclusively from the funds of the research team that will supervise you, or from another internship scholarship.

Should I add a letter of reference to my application?

• Letters of reference are optional. On the other hand, if you are in college, a letter of reference could help your file, since the majority of applications we receive are at the undergraduate level.

Can I do an internship of less than 8 weeks?

• Yes. However, you will not be eligible for an internship scholarship from the Foundation - your internship will be funded exclusively from the research team fund.

Can I make several cover letters for each internship choice?

• No. You can submit only one letter. If you are interested in several teams, you can submit a single cover letter that addresses all teams, explaining why these offers interest you.

When will I have a response to my internship application?

• Applications will be sent to the team of your first choice in real time, so you may be contacted within a few days of your application. Two weeks after the submission deadline, applications will be sent to the other internship choices. All teams must have made their offers to interns by January 17, 2025. If you have not been contacted by this date, there is a good chance that you have not been selected.

I can't find the confirmation email, how do I access my Fourwaves account?

• From the event webpage, click on "Login" at the top right, then click on "New Password". Enter the same email you used to register. You will receive a password by email to log in to your account.
