Accommodations - Those staying at the Université Laval Residence

Check-in is from 4 p.m. If you arrive early and your room is ready, you will receive your key and if not, they can store your luggage for you.
To open the main entrance door, to access the Secretariat and the service desk (Guichet) between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.: dial extension # 418354
* If you arrive after 4 p.m., you must dial extension # 418354 using the black telephone at the entrance to the Alphonse-Marie-Parent building. An advisor will come get you to proceed with your registration. The advisor is available 24 hours a day outside of the opening hours of our reception desk.
Note for Presenters and Mentors staying in Residence - The exact location and address of your accommodations will be provided to you upon check in.
NOTE: For Trainees: The Residence is located in another building and is approximately a 10 minute walk away from the check in building. Université Laval Residence Pavillon Agathe-Lacerte, 1100, avenue de la Médecine, Québec (Québec) G1V 0A9
Parking: For those who are driving to the residence: When you arrive, please park in one of the 30-minute parking spaces in front of Pavillon Alphonse-Marie-Parent. Residence staff will give you a designated on-campus parking sticker along with your room keys when you check in.
