Guidelines for poster sessions

1.You will need to provide one (1) image of your poster in .jpg or .png format and the size must not exceed 30 Mo.

2. You will also need to provide an MP4 file in which you will have recorded the presentation of your poster. Your presentation time must not exceed 5 min and 250 Mo. We recommend to record your presentation on Zoom, which allows you to both hear your oral presentation and view your poster. You can also use your pointer to indicate the different sections of your poster that are being described.

3. It is suggested that posters and abstracts be in English. This is to permit our English-speaking guest speakers to be able to follow your presentation. However, your poster presentation can be given either in French or English.

4. The image and the recorded presentation must be downloaded on the Forwaves platform (using your username and password chosen for registration) no later than September 30th.
Follow this link to see how to upload your file in this initial submission.
