Timeline

April 24th to May 31st

• Window for abstract and poster submission
• Those with eligible abstracts will be notified within 3 days whether they are eligible to submit a poster.
• Shortlisting will continue throughout this entire window.

May 15th to May 31st

• Shortlisted posters will be notified and invited to present at finals event

June 8th (Afternoon)

• Finals event. Shortlisted posters will present their work to judging panel and open online audience 2-4pm.
• Will take place online (via this website page) and in person at the Royal Sussex County Hospital Site.
• To watch the finals live- click on the 'access the event' button at the top of the page. This will require a short registration.

June 9th

• Prize giving. Winners will be invited to education conference at the AMEX stadium, Falmer. They will receive prizes as part of an awards ceremony.

Afterwards

• All accepted posters will be visible via this site until July 31st.
