Forum 2025 Schedule

Join us next year for the Forum on Friday April 11, 2025!

Here's our 2024 schedule:

Wednesday, April 17, 9am - Friday, April 19, 4:30pm:
Student presentation materials are posted online on the Forum site; virtual review and judging takes place over these three days.

Friday, April 19, Welch Hall Grand Concourse:

11:30am: Student participant check-in opens

12:20pm-1:30pm: Session A, Poster presentations. Judges and guests view presentations and interact with student presenters.

1:30pm-1:50pm: Take down session A posters, set up session B posters.

1:50pm-3:00pm: Session B, Poster presentations. Judges and guests view presentations and interact with student presenters.

3:00pm-3:20pm: Take down session B posters, set up session C posters.

3:20pm-4:30pm: Session C, Poster presentations. Judges and guests view presentations and interact with student presenters.

5:00pm-6:00pm: Awards ceremony. Celebrate the day with your co-presenters as well as judges, industry representatives, and guests!

Eli Lilly Networking Lounge: Friday, April 19, 1-4:30pm

Join us in the Eli Lilly Networking Lounge to chat with employers, industry partners, graduate schools, and other organizations that support research. Student presenters and guests can take a break from the presentation floor and enjoy networking with industry representatives, companies, and graduate program. Check back closer to URF for more information about which organizations are coming, what majors they are interested in chatting with, and what roles they are hiring.

Parking

We recommend parking in the Speedway Parking Garage at 105 E. 27th Street Austin, TX 78712.

Accessibility

The most accessible entrance to Welch Hall is on the Speedway side of the building (east side).
