UT Faculty, Staff, Post-Docs, and Graduate Student Researchers:
You can show your support for our hard-working undergraduate researchers in one, two or all three of these ways:
- Save the Date: Add the event to your calendar and carve out time to see what researchers are up to: Friday April 11th, 2025.
- Tell your students: Encourage students you work with to learn about the forum and plan to participate. A wide variety of support is available to help students prepare to communicate their work. Student research projects do not need to be complete at the time of registration in early March, but should be complete before they submit their poster and presentation materials on Sunday April 6th.
- Be a forum judge or a member of the awards committee: Each year, we ask faculty, post-doc and graduate student researchers, staff, and industry and alumni partners to evaluate students’ posters. In addition, we are looking for members of the award committee to help decide the winners of over $10K in student awards. New judge sign up coming in spring 2025.
