Our local professional conference encourages our community to share their knowledge and experience. Conference programming consists of presentations in various formats like lightning talks, keynote talks, local speakers, and workshops.
About Our Conference
It all started in 2001 when a small group of UXPA Boston members got together at MathWorks for a day of presentations and sharing of ideas. The "mini" conference was intended to be a safe, local place for people to practice their presentations for submission to the national stage - the UXPA International conference.
The conference grew to 300+ attendees and changed location to Bentley University; in turn, it became an event curated by the Board of Directors, based on submissions from the membership. Now, the conference attracts over 1000 attendees. We've been at the Boston Sheraton for the past six years, and we've instilled a blind, peer-reviewed process to help with the Board's curation of the event. The conference attracts researchers, designers, strategists, managers, product managers, C-Level, junior level, all people who love the field of user experience.
